Terms of Service

Here's the guide to how our relationship works when you shop at alcidesv-estrada.myshopify.com. These Terms cover both sides: what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you in return.

Note: Using the site or placing an order means you accept these Terms.

The parties

We are Alcides V. Estrada, a men's and boy's clothing store based in the United States. You are anyone who visits the site or places an order.

Who can order

You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and be legally able to enter a contract under U.S. law.

Note: If a minor places an order without permission, the responsibility for that order falls on the parent or guardian of record.

Your account

If you set up an account, protect your login the way you'd protect any personal detail.

Heads up: Any activity performed under your login is treated as your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, email alcidesv.estrada@outlook.com or call +1 404-819-2173 right away.

How your order becomes a contract

Here's the sequence:

  1. You place the order → this is your offer to buy
  2. We send an order confirmation → this is our acceptance
  3. The contract is formed at the moment we send that email

Good to know: Between your click and our confirmation, we may still decline an order — most often for stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.

If we cancel a paid order, we issue a full refund to the original method of payment.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars
  • Prices may change, but the price you saw at checkout is what applies to that order
  • Payment is due at checkout through the methods offered

Note on price errors: If a price is obviously wrong (a typo, a decimal in the wrong place), we may cancel the order rather than fulfill at the wrong price. A full refund is issued.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Product descriptions

We describe every piece of clothing as accurately as we can — real photography, honest measurements, useful materials information.

Good to know: Small variations in color, texture, or fit — especially with natural fabrics like cotton and linen — are normal and are not treated as defects.

What's ours

Everything on the site — the text, the photos, the illustrations, the design, the code, and the "Alcides V. Estrada" name — is our property or used under license. U.S. copyright and trademark law applies.

What you can do: Browse the site, share links, save pages for personal reference. What you need our written consent for: Reproducing content commercially, using our brand assets in your own business, scraping or mirroring the site, or modifying and redistributing any part of it.

What we ask of you

Use the site fairly. That means:

  • Don't use it for anything illegal or fraudulent
  • Don't try to compromise the site or its users
  • Don't transmit malware, viruses, or spam
  • Don't use bots or scrapers without permission
  • Don't impersonate anyone

Heads up: Breaching these rules may end your access without warning.

"As is" — the honest disclaimer

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available."

Note: To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement) beyond your statutory consumer rights.

Where our liability ends

For any direct claim, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost time, or hypothetical damages.

Ending access

We may end access to the site at any time for any user in breach of these Terms.

Which laws apply

These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law and by the laws of the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding must be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Updates

We may revise these Terms as the business or the law evolves. Revisions take effect on publication.

Good to know: The "Last updated" date at the bottom identifies the current version. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it.
